How to Find Your Dongle Number in MillBox

This article will help you find your 4 or 5 digit dongle number in MillBox. This unique dongle number may be needed for updating your yearly maintenance or for modifying or upgrading your license. Keeping your dongle updated ensures you have access to the latest features and updates for MillBox. 

Your dongle number is found in the support window, which can be accessed in MillBox using one of two methods:

Method 1: Using the Title Bar

1. Right-Click on the Title Bar:
2. This action will open a drop-down menu.
3. Select Support:
4. A pop-up window will show your MillBox CAM's software and dongle details. Your dongle information will be listed under the "License" section. The year of annual maintenance supported by your dongle will be shown in parentheses.

Note: You will only be able to access the latest updates for a particular year if you have purchased maintenance for that same year or later.

Method 2: Using the Support Button (For 2018 or Later Versions)

1. Click on "Job Management" in the left sidebar of MillBox. 
2. Click the Support Button:

Note:  This will also bring up the same pop-up window displaying your dongle information.
